Heather and Wesley had such a beautiful Spring Orange Beach AL wedding day! As with every wedding, there was a lot of pressure leading up to their big day. We want everything to be just perfect for our sweet couple. Wesley has a way of calming Heather and she has a way of looking at him that make our wedding photographer hearts so happy. The love between these two filled the room!! We just loved how they made each other giggle, meeting their sweet family and friends and getting to photograph the most special day for these two.
Spring Orange Beach AL Wedding Day
Their spring wedding in Orange Beach had the craziest combination of events but we couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful day. Although the day started off with some nerves, there were unanticipated events at the beach, strange weather and lots of last minute changes, everything came together. Heather and Wesley were just excited to be taking the next step together. Heather knew she wanted all her gorgeous and sentimental details photographed. So while the guys prepped for the wedding, we met her for getting ready photos. We got to spend time with Heather and meet her mom, who gifted Heather the sweetest hand written note and diamond necklace for her to wear down the aisle. We always love details that are special to our clients.
After Heather was in her beautiful lace dress, perfect for her spring beach wedding, it was time for the ceremony. With their children, family and best friends by their sides, Heather and Wesley tied the knot with a gorgeous beach ceremony.
Villagio Orange Beach Reception Inspiration
After their beach ceremony, we headed back to The Villagio Orange Beach at The Wharf for their reception! They had a small reception in a private room at one of their favorite local restaurants. Oh, and did I mention that the GROOM designed the reception space?! So talented! We love seeing a groom who is so involved in all the details of his day! He had the most amazing groom’s cake too! After the sun set we snuck out to capture some fun bride and groom night portraits followed by a sparkler send off! We’ve shot bride and groom portraits at The Wharf before, but the night portraits were such a fun twist! They actually chose to print one of these as a metal print!
