Our Bride & Groom Album comes standard as an 8×8 linen album with standard debossing, thick pages, and 10 spreads. We can’t wait to help you design your very first family heirloom!

Please keep in mind that you have 6 months from your Design Session day to complete The Album Ordering Process which includes approving the Final Album Draft and paying for any Enhancements. Is is IMPORTANT that you order your heirloom album(s) in a timely manner! At the end of 6 months, if you have not completed The Album Ordering Process, you will forfeit the purchase of your album and any existing album designs will be archived.

As a Thank You for completing The Album Ordering Process quickly, we’d love to gift you Complimentary Foil Debossing in exchange for approving the Final Album Draft and paying for any Enhancements 2 months post Design Session.

Glossary

Album – a series of photographic prints bound together in a high quality book, used as an elegant and organized way to tell the story of your wedding day.

Parent Album – a duplicate copy of the Bride & Groom album, typically gifted.

Heirloom – a valued item that has belonged to a family for generations.

Protective Box – a box crafted from high density rigid chip board and wrapped with high-quality art paper. White & white interior. Included with all albums.

Album Care Card – instructions for ensuring the longevity of your heirloom album, included with all albums.

Debossing – using a plate or stamp to press the text on the album cover. Color and blind debossing available. Blind Debossing is included with all albums, Upgraded Foil Debossing is also available for a small fee. See the Debossing Section for samples!

Linen – a beautiful alternative to traditional leather. Included in base albums. Swatches available at the studio.

Leather – a durable and classic album cover upgrade option. Swatches available at the studio.

Suede – rich texture that feels every bit as luxurious as it looks. Our 100% authentic Suede Leather has a lavish nap and lasting durability.

Spread – left and right page.

Image – individual photo. We recommend no more than 4 images per spread and no more than 6 per reception spread.

Design Session – our exclusive and luxury wedding gallery reveal and album design process.

Revision – a modification to the album design. 2 revisions are included with your album design. Additional revisions will incur a design fee of $100.

Expedited – a quicker than normal turnaround. An expedited album order will incur an expedited fee of 2x the cost of the album.

Lab – our professional photographic print production facility based in the US.

Production – manufacturing. Our albums are handcrafted.

We’ll get started with your album order at your Design Session. For revision requests after Draft #1, Please email our Album Design Specialist, albums@goodieandsmith.com, with any size changes, duplicate albums, cover options and extras! Albums typically arrive within 4 weeks of placing your order.
