Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Engagement Session | Hannah & Wyatt

Hannah and Wyatt’s Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception engagement session in Mobile Alabama was just SO much fun. These two were absolute naturals in front of the camera. We had a great time exploring one of our favorite spots for their Cathedral engagement session in Mobile AL. Hannah was able to meet with us at our studio, but their engagement session was our first time meeting Wyatt. We were so excited to see how well Hannah had prepared him and how relaxed he was! Their Cathedral engagement session was just gorgeous and we cannot wait to photograph their Mobile AL wedding!

Cathedral Engagement Session

We started Hannah and Wyatt’s classic engagement portraits at The Cathedral-Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. This gorgeous wedding venue is in Mobile, AL and one of our favorite places to photograph couples and wedding days. The grand front porch and columns are create a stunning backdrop! The Cathedral feels very Mobile, which is another reason we love it so much! Such a great combination of white and green spaces! How can we not mention Hannah’s red dress!? It pops off the background making her the beautiful focal point of their couples portraits. Hannah and Wyatt have the sweetest baby girl who we captured a few photos with too! How precious is she?!  After portraits at The Cathedral, Hannah and Wyatt changed into a more casual outfit. We love offering our clients two different looks for their engagement sessions.  We walked over to Heroes Sports Bar and Grill. Hannah and Wyatt love Heroes in Downtown Mobile. We ordered buffalo wings and beer – one of their favorite things to do as a couple! It was so much fun! It really showed off their personality as a couple!

Engagement sessions with Goodie and Smith Weddings are about more than just pretty photos. Capturing what makes our couples special is so important. For Hannah and Wyatt, buffalo wings and beer is their thing so we incorporated it into their engagement session. Engagement sessions can be as relaxed or formal as you want, or maybe a mix of both!

Congratulations, Hannah and Wyatt! We had a SO MUCH FUN at this shoot and can’t wait for the wedding!
