Well. What a year 2020 has been. Not only have we all gone through this global pandemic, but all of our families and businesses have been impacted by everything going on. As we sit here, beginning to reflect on what this year has looked like, we’re actually overflowing with gratitude. 2020 has been a hard and difficult year but it has also been filled with love. Our incredible couples have provided us so much hope. Our new business venture has been exciting and life-changing and just beautiful. Today, we want to share a few of the big things that happened. And, of course, take a look back at some gorgeous weddings from the year!
2020 Recap with Goodie and Smith Weddings
Obviously, the biggest news for us in 2020 was that we rebranded, bringing our two businesses into one new, gorgeous brand: Goodie and Smith Weddings. This re-brand was a BIG deal for us. We’d worked together for years before and always had a great time. It seemed like the perfect move to join forces and present our new luxury brand to our clients. Through our new brand, we’re able to better serve our Goodie and Smith couples. Especially now that we also have our Daphne AL studio! Here, we meet with our couples, complete design sessions and help our brides and grooms create heirloom products they’ll love forever.
Throughout 2020, we’ve also had the blessing of continuing to serve our amazing couples. With everything 2020 has thrown at them, they’ve shown to be incredibly adaptable. They’ve moved venues, dates, downsized wedding days. All of it has been hard, but they have shown up with love and hope every time. We’re so happy we’ve been able to capture their wedding days and engagement sessions even with it all. To all of our couples, we’re SO grateful for you. Thank you for trusting us with your memories throughout the entire year, despite everything else going on! We want you to know that every moment of love we captured for you brought such joy and hope to our lives.
